- Products must be fit for purpose
- Right to a 30-day cooling-off period for distance purchases
2. 30-Day Return Window
You may return any product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
- The product has not been installed or connected to electrical power
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Important: The 30-day period begins on the day you receive the product, not the day you place the order.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Package the product securely in its original packaging

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Faulty or Defective Products: We cover return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover return shipping costs and arrange collection
- Damaged in Transit: We cover return shipping costs and arrange collection
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
The refund amount includes the product price and original shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

- Do not discard packaging materials
- We will arrange collection and send the correct/replacement item
